If you haven’t tried healthy green smoothies before, don’t be afraid. I promise it’s so good!
Ingredients:1 cup of nut milk (recommend Cashew/Almond mild unsweetened)
1 scoop of collagen powder (Vital Proteins Collagen)
1 handful of "frozen" spinach, cilantro, kale or a mix of frozen greens.
1 serving of Maca powder
1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter
1 serving of ProFunction's Green Up (probiotic and superfood)
2 scoops of the ProFunction protein shake of your choice. (Enlighten, Metaboost, TradeUp, WheyUp)
Blend and enjoy!
Use frozen fruit so the smoothie will be thick and cold. If you are using fresh fruit, you can add ice to the blender.
